Our team has over 20 years of experience in government contracting, procurement, and contract management; with 16 years specifically being in the federal space. Our expertise spans the full contract lifecycle-from proposal development and RFP responses to contract negotiation, compliance, and closeout.
Before founding GovCon Simplified, Demi Campbell, worked as a Contracts Manager at a top engineering firm. She served as the primary point of contact with federal Contracting Officers, supported negotiations for prime and subcontract agreements, and played a key role in contract compliance and risk mitigation.
Now, through GovCon Simplified, Demi leverages her insider knowledge and industry insight to help small businesses successfully navigate the federal marketplace with clarity and confidence.
